Hope you and your loved ones are keeping well. Good news is that we are still operating as a business and fulfilling orders as normal, however as you are aware, other local businesses are not at the moment. This includes our courier- Royal Mail and some of our skincare providers. Understandably during these times, there is a strain on businesses that offer services. Our local post office currently has limited space for packages as pickup's have been reduced from daily to three times a week, so we can only bring up to 20 parcels a day, 3 times a week.


Unfortunately, this also means that delivery times have been extended, as reflected in our updated delivery options. Processing time for an order is now 4 days (time before order is taken to post) and delivery time is 5 days. All orders will be sent 1st class by default to compensate for the delay and lost time so although we state 5 days to deliver, you should get your order sooner than that, but to manage expectations in these uncertain times we would give it some extra time. This is a total of 9 days from date of order to receive your order. We will NOT be providing tracking numbers as Royal mail have stopped the tracking service unless a delivery attempt has been made. If you suspect an attempt has been made we can track the item for you/send your individual tracking number,

Due to our suppliers also  working as hard as they can with limited staff, we have introduced preorder for items that will be restocked in a few weeks. The preorder date is suggestive and may be a week earlier or later than what is stated on the product- again subject to suppliers ability to get our large quantity out in good time.
